Participants can take advantage of a language placement test, a skills and needs assessment, Polish language courses, conversation meetings, webinars about Polish language examinations, as well as consultations on labour rights and trade unions.

The project is intended for foreigners who are legally residing in Poland and who are working, looking for work, attending school or university, or planning their professional development in Poland.

Priority access to some project activities may be given to
– people living in towns with up to 50,000 inhabitants,
– people from vulnerable groups, and
– those working in or planning to work in medical professions.

The project activities are intended for people living in Poland who meet the project eligibility criteria. The “Expressions of Empowerment” project is co-financed by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy under the “Together We Can Do More” competition within the 2026 Government Programme for the Activation of Foreigners. The project is implemented in partnership with the Foundation for Development “Beyond Borders”  and the National Trade Union Alliance.
