Легализация
Participation in an annual language course not only contributes to intensive learning and integration but also provides the opportunity to obtain a visa and — under certain conditions — apply for a temporary residence permit. However, this requires appropriate formal preparation, including documentary proof of course participation and fulfilling other requirements (you can book a consultation to learn more about these conditions)
Life in Poland
Our students often plan to apply for other documents such as the Karta Polaka, permanent residence, long-term EU resident status, or Polish citizenship. Our consultants can also assist with these procedures
Polish language
At the same time, it is necessary to address everyday matters: finding housing, purchasing health insurance (for example, through the National Health Service or a private company), and later — looking for work, in accordance with Polish labor laws concerning foreign nationals. Staying in Poland based on language courses makes it possible (if a work permit is obtained) to take up employment in Poland.
Legalisation of stay
In order for our students to realistically plan their legal stay in Poland while studying Polish (from the stage of applying for the first visa up to applying for recognition as a Polish citizen), we cooperate with consultants specializing in residence legalization.
The consultants support our students in choosing the right path of legalization, submitting applications, completing documents, and, if necessary, preparing an appeal against a negative decision. Each case is handled with particular care to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
