Do you plan to apply for a temporary residence permit in connection with your studies at the Polish Linguistic Institute? You are eligible if you fulfil the following conditions
application on granting a temporary residence permit;
account on the website INPOL;
valid travel document (2 photocopies of all its pages with stamps, marks and records, original for verification);
4 current colour photographs, undamaged, 45x35mm in size;
proof of payment of stamp duty in the amount of PLN 340 to the account:

confirmation of payment of the tuition fee or its part (in case of enrolment or continuation of study, course, internship on a paid basis);
documents proving residence in Poland, e.g. rental agreement, loan agreement, proof of registration, hotel certificate, valid for at least 3 months from the date of issuing the decision;
proof of health insurance within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 2004 on health services financed from public funds, or proof that the insurer covers the costs of treatment on the territory of the Republic of Poland — valid for at least 3 months from the date of issue of the decision
documents confirming that the foreigner has sufficient funds to cover the costs of living (from 1 January 2025 — minimum 823 PLN net per month per person in the family or 1010 PLN if the person is self-supporting) as well as the costs of return journey to the country of origin or residence, or transit costs to a third country which will grant an entry permit (200 PLN if the foreigner comes from a country bordering the Republic of Poland, 500 PLN if he/she comes from a Member State of the European Union which does not border Poland or from a Member State of the European Free Trade Association, 2,500 PLN if he/she comes from a Member State of the European Union which does not border Poland, or from a Member State of the European Free Trade Association, 2,500 PLN if he/she comes from;
in case of the next application for a temporary residence permit: documents proving the fulfilment of the previous purpose of stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in particular, documents proving the fulfilment of the obligation under Art. 113 of the Foreigners Act, i.e. informing the voivode of the termination of the reason which was the basis for issuing the previous permit.
A temporary residence permit can be issued for up to 12 months. The processing time is approximately 8 months
a certificate issued by the body providing education or vocational training on enrolment or continuation in a course, education or vocational training, indicating the start and end date of the course, education or vocational training, form (full-time/part-time), direction of study, year, semester, level, as well as the amount and principles of payment;
a certificate issued by the educational institution on payment of tuition fees for the entire period of training or internship, and in the case of training — for the current academic year and the following term;
a certificate issued by the educational institution indicating the frequency of classes (on which days and hours) and the foreigner’s attendance from the beginning of classes to date;
class schedule;
attendance certificate (if you are already attending our language courses)
