The photograph must be:<\/p>\n                            \n                                                            <div class=\"document-list-block__item-image\">\n                                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/instytutjezykowy.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Container.png\" alt=\"\">\n                                <\/div>\n                                                    <\/li>\n                                            <li class=\"document-list-block__item\">\n                            <p>clear, on a white background and printed on high quality paper,<\/p>\n                            \n                                                    <\/li>\n                                            <li class=\"document-list-block__item\">\n                            <p>no older than 6 months,<\/p>\n                            \n                                                    <\/li>\n                                            <li class=\"document-list-block__item\">\n                            <p>taken straight on, with eyes and face clearly shown on both sides from the top of the head to the top of the shoulders, so that the face occupies 70\u201380 percent of the photograph. Headgear should be removed for the photograph.<\/p>\n                            \n                                                    <\/li>\n                                            <li class=\"document-list-block__item\">\n                            <p>Passport issued within the last 10 years, valid for at least 3 months from the date of planned return, with a minimum of 2 blank pages for visas.<\/p>\n                            \n                                                    <\/li>\n                                            <li class=\"document-list-block__item\">\n                            <p>A copy of the passport page with personal data and a photograph.<\/p>\n                            \n                                                    <\/li>\n                                            <li class=\"document-list-block__item\">\n                            <p data-start=\"31\" data-end=\"349\">A person applying for a national visa must personally submit a document confirming possession of travel medical insurance, as referred to in Article 25(1)(2)(a), or a document confirming possession of health insurance within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 2004 on healthcare services financed from public funds. Travel medical insurance with a coverage amount of no less than EUR 30,000 must be valid for the entire planned period of the foreigner\u2019s stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland. It must cover all expenses that may arise during the stay in connection with the need for a return journey for medical reasons, the need for urgent medical assistance, emergency hospital treatment, or death. The insurer must undertake to cover the costs of the healthcare services provided to the insured directly to the entity providing such services, based on an invoice issued by that entity.<\/p>\n                            \n                                                    <\/li>\n                     \n                <\/ul>\n            \n                            <div class=\"document-list-block__inner_block\">\n                                            <h3>Do you need a policy? Proof of financial capacity on a form determined by the educational institution.<\/p>\n                        <\/li>\n                                    <\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n\n                \n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"title-list-blocks-block\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n            <h3 class=\"title-list-blocks-block__title\">\n            The foreigner must provide financial means to cover all three components for the entire period of validity of the visa. The cost of accommodation in Poland consists of:        <\/h3>\n    \n            <ul class=\"title-list-blocks-block__list\">\n                            <li class=\"title-list-blocks-block__item\">\n                                            <div class=\"title-list-blocks-block__text\">\n                            <p>1. A fixed and lump sum to enable return travel to the country from which the foreigner arrived, in the amount of:<\/p>\n                        <\/div>\n                    \n                                            <ul class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner_list\">\n                                                            <li>\n                                                                            <h4 class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner-title\">\n                                            PLN 200                                        <\/h4>\n                                                                        \n                                                                            <span class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner-text\">\n                                            if he came from a country bordering the Republic of Poland,                                        <\/span>\n                                                                    <\/li>\n                                                            <li>\n                                                                            <h4 class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner-title\">\n                                            PLN 500                                        <\/h4>\n                                                                        \n                                                                            <span class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner-text\">\n                                            if he comes from a Member State of the European Union which does not border the Republic of Poland, or from a Member State of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) which is a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or from the Swiss Confederation,                                        <\/span>\n                                                                    <\/li>\n                                                            <li>\n                                                                            <h4 class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner-title\">\n                                            PLN 2500                                        <\/h4>\n                                                                        \n                                                                            <span class=\"title-list-blocks-block__inner-text\">\n                                            if he came from another country.                                        <\/span>\n                                                                    <\/li>\n                                                    <\/ul>\n                                    <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"title-list-blocks-block__item\">\n                                            <div class=\"title-list-blocks-block__text\">\n                            <p>2. Funds to cover living expenses during your studies (e.g. certificate from a dormitory, rental agreement, etc.).<\/p>\n                        <\/div>\n                    \n                                    <\/li>\n                            <li class=\"title-list-blocks-block__item\">\n                                            <div class=\"title-list-blocks-block__text\">\n                            <p>3. 1010 PLN (or 823 PLN per person if the student will be in Poland with family) per month as an amount that ensures that the student will not be eligible for social assistance in Poland.<\/p>\n                        <\/div>\n                    \n                                    <\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section This means that you can legally stay in the Schengen area only if your stay in the last 180 days has not exceeded 90 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"388\">A Type D visa can be issued with a maximum validity of up to one year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"388\">To check the statistics of visa refusals to Poland in your country, <a href=\"https:\/\/schengenvisainfo.com\/statistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">follow the link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"388\">In case of refusal to issue a visa \u2014 we will help you prepare an application for reconsideration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"388\">Remember that a visa does not guarantee entry into Poland \u2014 the final decision is always made by the Border Guard Service. The application can be submitted no earlier than 6 months before the planned trip, but no later than 10 days before the planned trip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-start=\"33\" data-end=\"388\">The decision on visa issuance is taken within 15 working days from the date of payment. In case of necessity of detailed verification of documents, the examination of the application may be extended up to 30 days.
