The <strong>&#8220;Expressions of Empowerment&#8221;<\/strong> project is co-financed by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy under the <strong>&#8220;Together We Can Do More&#8221;<\/strong> competition within the 2026 Government Programme for the Activation of Foreigners. The project is implemented in partnership with the\u00a0<strong>Foundation for Development <\/strong><strong>&#8220;Beyond Borders&#8221; <\/strong>\u00a0and the <strong>National Trade Union Alliance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting participants. It\u2019s a combination of learning Polish with practical knowledge of the labour market. There are 15 sessions planned, covering topics such as: legal employment in Poland; contracts: employment contracts, contracts for specific tasks, specific-project contracts and B2B contracts; gross and net pay; ZUS; working hours, annual leave and overtime; notice of termination and employment certificates; workplace bullying and discrimination; the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and the labour court; and trade unions.<\/p>\n<h3>OPZZ consultations in the regions<\/h3>\n<p>As part of the project, advice centres will be set up at the provincial branches of OPZZ.
